The system mentioned in paragraph 1 above shall be regularly reviewed and updated.

7.2 The systems mentioned in point 7.1 only include automated dactyloscopic identification systems established for the prevention and investigation of criminal offences.

Equal opportunities for women and men in education and schooling are one of the principles of the reform of the education system and curricula in Slovenia.

With the adoption of the Act on Equal Opportunities for Women and Men in 2002, the Slovene legal system got an umbrella act, which defines common policy orientations or the basis for an improvement of the status of women and for a creation of equal opportunities for women and men in particular areas of social life.

A survey of progress made and the designing of new appropriate measures aiming at gender equality require that systematic monitoring of the status of women and men in social and private life be carried out.

The system of education and schooling frequently reproduces stereotypical social roles of women and men, reflected both in educational curricula and programmes, as well as in the vocational and study orientations.

The healthcare and social systems frequently operate in such manner that the modes in which the social, economic, cultural and political circumstances affect the life of women and men and their health are not sufficiently recognized.

(c) non-trade concerns, special and differential treatment to developing country Members, and the objective to establish a fair and market-oriented agricultural trading system, and the other objectives and concerns mentioned in the preamble to this Agreement; and

In addition to the indicators for monitoring the implementation of gender equality policy as set out in the national programme, accurate and systematic monitoring is necessary also in respect of the status of men and women in social and private life and the changes thereof.

Education for gender equality, taking place from the earliest childhood and throughout the entire system of institutional education and schooling, provides for the implementation of the actual equal opportunities for women and men, expressed in different spheres of social life.

Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1 pension and other similar remuneration paid under the compulsory pension system of a Contracting State to a resident of the other Contracting State in consideration of past employment shall be taxable only in the first mentioned Contracting State.

The showing of the amber light of the three-colour system mentioned in Article 33, paragraph 1 (a) (i), shall mean that no road-user may proceed beyond the stop line or, if there is no stop line, beyond the level of the signal, unless the vehicle concerned is so close to the signal when the amber light appears that it cannot safely be stopped before passing the signal.

Through the curricula, programmes, the methods of teaching and directly through the relationships between the genders during lessons and extra-curriculum activities, the stereotypes and gender roles are formed. Therefore it is important that the entire system of education and schooling is based on providing equal opportunities for women and men and that it introduces certain special measures that will eliminate inequalities and overcome stereotypical gender social roles in different areas, ranging from directing to certain educational programmes to promoting different sports activities.

(1) A fine of not less than 1,000,000 tolars shall be imposed on an individual who commits an offence in connection with the independent performance of a professional activity, and no less than a fine of 3,000,000 tolars on a legal person 1. for not conducting business with consumers in the Slovene language or for not using their full registered company name and address in written communications to consumers, or for not using at least their abridged registered company name and address in written communications which are not intended for a particular individual consumer (first and second paragraphs of Article 2) 2. for not allowing, as a provider of information society services, for a simple direct and constant access to the data referred to in the third paragraph of Article 2 (third In the special cases mentioned above, basing the size of the ventilation system on those criteria does not prevent workers or passengers from being exposed to danger:

This Directive establishes the requirements that the devices and systems referred to in Article 1 have to satisfy with a view to their being placed on the market and/or put into use for those tasks mentioned in Article 2(1).

Protection is generally provided when the actors mentioned in paragraph 1 take reasonable steps to prevent the persecution or suffering of serious harm, inter alia , by operating an effective legal system for the detection, prosecution and punishment of acts constituting persecution or serious harm, and the applicant has access to such protection.

1.The Centre shall in the fields within its mission establish, in cooperation with the Member States, procedures for systematically searching for, collecting, collating and analysing information and data with a view to the identification of emerging health threats which may have mental as well as physical health consequences and which could affect the Community.
