Prižig rumene luči tribarvnega sistema iz alineje i pododstavka a prvega odstavka 33. člena pomeni, da noben udeleženec cestnega prometa ne sme nadaljevati poti čez črto za ustavitev ali če te črte ni, mimo svetlobnega znaka, razen če je vozilo v trenutku, ko zasveti rumena luč, tako blizu znaka, da ne more brez nevarnosti ustaviti do svetlobnega znaka.

Through the curricula, programmes, the methods of teaching and directly through the relationships between the genders during lessons and extra-curriculum activities, the stereotypes and gender roles are formed. Therefore it is important that the entire system of education and schooling is based on providing equal opportunities for women and men and that it introduces certain special measures that will eliminate inequalities and overcome stereotypical gender social roles in different areas, ranging from directing to certain educational programmes to promoting different sports activities.
Zato je pomembno, da celoten sistem vzgoje in izobraževanja temelji na zagotavljanju enakih možnosti žensk in moških ter uvaja določene posebne ukrepe, ki bodo odpravljali neenakosti in presegali stereotipne družbene vloge spolov na različnih področjih, od usmeritev v izobraževalne programe do spodbujanja za različne športne dejavnosti.

(1) A fine of not less than 1,000,000 tolars shall be imposed on an individual who commits an offence in connection with the independent performance of a professional activity, and no less than a fine Such was the understanding of the meaning and purpose of right of reply and right of correction at the time Slovenia gained independence and established a new legal system. Even though both rights found their place in the Slovene Constitution, due to its unclear wording (which defines the right of correction precisely but merely mentions the right of reply) it has become disputable whether, in the new legal system, the right of reply continues to be a public right whose purpose is to protect public interests; perhaps the Constitution actually lumped these two rights together into one and the same right.
V skladu s takšnim pojmovanjem in predstavami o pomenu in namenu pravice do odgovora in pravice do popravka sta bili pozneje, ob osamosvojitvi Slovenije in izgrajevanju novega pravnega reda, obe pravici vključeni tudi v novo slovensko ustavo. Zaradi nejasnega ustavnega besedila, ki pravico do popravka natančno opredeljuje, pravico do odgovora pa le omenja, je postalo sporno, ali je tudi v novem družbenem redu pravica do odgovora še vedno pravica javnopravne narave, katere namen je varovanje javnih interesov, ali pa sta morda z ustavnim besedilom obe pravici združeni pod eno streho.
