(a) the quantity of nuclear material in each transfer into or out of each material balance area can be determined; and

(f) a system of records and reports showing, for each material balance area, the inventory of nuclear material and the changes in that inventory including receipts into and transfers out of the material balance area;

(i) the identification and, if possible, the expected quantity and the composition of the nuclear material to be transferred, and the material balance area from which it will come;

Vnesheconombank shall open a single account in the name of the National Bank of the SFRY to which the amount of the final balance of settlement referred to in Article 4 of the present Memorandum shall be transferred.

Transfer of funds for financial balance shall be put on hold temporarily should the municipality fail to report this information by the deadline and according to the method under the previous paragraph.

Secondly, the external account of primary incomes and current transfers records the balancing item of the previous account, and also primary income, current transfers and adjustment for the change in net equity of households on pension funds, to and from the rest of the world, respectively.

The purpose of the external account of primary incomes and current transfers is to determine the current external balance, which, in the structure of the system, corresponds to saving by the institutional sectors.

97 The balancing item in the external account of primary income and current transfers represents the surplus (if it is negative) or the deficit (if it is positive) of the total economy on its current transactions (trade in goods and services, primary incomes, current transfers) with the rest of the world.

The balance of revenue accruing from interest on the resources of previous EDFs shall be transferred to the 9th EDF and allocated for the same purposes as the revenue provided for in Article 1(3) of the Internal Agreement.

In order to avoid disturbance of the market balance, the transfer of rights via a reserve system should not lead to an overall increase in production potential on the territory of the Member States, as such avoidance has already been provided for in the case of transfer of rights between holdings in Article 4(4) of that Regulation.

The capital account records acquisitions less disposals of non-financial assets by resident units and measures the change in net worth due to saving (final balancing item in the current accounts) and capital transfers.

The transferor of the package and the transferee shall be jointly and severally liable to the organizer or retailer party to the contract for payment of the balance due and for any additional costs arising from such transfer.

The Commission shall adopt the detailed arrangements for implementing this Title with regard to the definitive treatment under the 9th EDF of the remaining balances and amounts to be decommitted and transferred to the 9th EDF.

Column 4 shows, in addition to the diagonal item, current transfers to the rest of the world (39), in cell (15, 4), while the balancing item, (adjusted) net disposable income (1604), is put on the use of (adjusted) disposable income account.

As regards balances remaining from previous EDFs which are transferred to the 9th EDF in accordance with Article 6, the contributions of each Member State shall be calculated in proportion to the contribution of that State to the EDF in question.

The provisions of this Title shall govern the transfer to the 9th EDF of the balances remaining from resources constituted under the Internal Agreements relating to the 6th ( fn ), 7th ( fn ) and 8th ( fn ) EDFs (hereinafter referred to as `previous EDFs` ).

The Parties undertake to authorise, in freely convertible currency, in accordance with the provisions of Article VIII of the Articles of the Agreement of the International Monetary Fund, any payments and transfers on the current account of balance of payments between the Community and Croatia.
