In the case of a transfer between Parties, if requested within three months after the transfer has taken place, the Government of the Party whose flag the ship was formerly entitled to fly shall, as soon as possible, transmit to the Administration of the other Party a copy of the International Air Pollution Prevention Certificate carried by the ship before the transfer and, if available, copies of the relevant survey reports.
Če se v treh mesecih po prepisu med pogodbenicama to zahteva, mora vlada pogodbenice, pod katere zastavo je ladja plula, poslati upravi druge pogodbenice izvod Mednarodnega spričevala o preprečevanju onesnaževanja zraka, ki ga je ladja imela pred prepisom, in izvode ustreznih poročil o pregledih, če so na voljo.

One Contracting Party shall grant to shipping companies of the other Contracting Party the right to use the incomes from maritime shipping services received in the territory of the State of the Contracting Party to pay any charges and dues arising from these services or shall ensure the free transfer of such incomes in convertible currency.

The shipping enterprises and organisations of either Contracting party shall be entitled to transfer to their Country of origin, in accordance with the applicable national legislation, all the revenues remaining after the above mentioned payments were made.

The notification referred to in Article 92 shall be such as to enable the Agency to make, if necessary, an ad hoc inspection to identify, and if possible verify, the quantity and composition of the nuclear material before it is transferred out of the States, except for transfers within the Community and, if the Agency so wishes or the Community so requests, to affix seals to the nuclear material when it has been prepared for shipping.

It would not normally be required to include records of transfers of pilots or of customs, immigration or security officials nor bunkering, lightering, loading of supplies and unloading of waste by ship within port facilities as these would normally fall within the auspices of the PFSP.
