The transmission of results for the variable 21.1 in accordance with the nomenclature for the analysis and comparison of scientific programmes and budgets (NABS) at subchapter level is optional.

The measures for implementing the modules of this Regulation shall concern the selection and specification, adjustment and modification of subjects and their characteristics, the coverage, reference periods and breakdowns of characteristics, the periodicity and timing of data provision and the deadlines for transmission of results.

Whereas, in accordance with Article 11 of Regulation (EC) No 530/99 implementing measures are necessary concerning the definition and breakdown of the information to be provided and the appropriate technical format for the transmission of the results;

In consequence, this area is now regulated by Article 85 of the Mass Media Act, which stipulates that the share of programs produced directly by any broadcaster must account for 20% of the daily transmission time of that broadcaster, of this at least 60 minutes between 6.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless specified otherwise in the same law (but no exceptions are specified in this law). Accordingly, the leaving out of the first paragraph of Article 6 in the rtv Slovenia Act may result in rtv Slovenia having a share of in-house production identical to that of any other broadcaster, whether commercial or non-commercial.

(b) `cross-border flow' means a physical flow of electricity on a transmission network of a Member State that results from the impact of the activity of producers and/or consumers outside of that Member State on its transmission network.

(9) In an open, competitive market, transmission system operators should be compensated for costs incurred as a result of hosting cross-border flows of electricity on their networks by the operators of the transmission systems from which cross-border flows originate and the systems where those flows end.

(c) `congestion' means a situation in which an interconnection linking national transmission networks, cannot accommodate all physical flows resulting from international trade requested by market participants, because of a lack of capacity of the interconnectors and/or the national transmission systems concerned;
