Quantitative restrictions, customs duties or charges on exports to the Community and any measures having equivalent effect shall be abolished by the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia upon entry into force of the Agreement, with the exception of those applying to ferrous waste and scrap under the complete CN heading 7204, which shall be progressively reduced and shall be eliminated at the latest by the end of the second year after the entry into force of the Agreement.
Ob začetku veljavnosti Sporazuma Nekdanja jugoslovanska republika Makedonija odpravi vse količinske omejitve, carine ali dajatve za izvoz v Skupnost in vse ukrepe z enakovrednim učinkom, razen tistih, ki se uporabljajo za odpadke in ostanke iz železa pod celotno tarifno številko KN 7204, ki se postopoma znižajo in se odpravijo najpozneje do konca drugega leta po začetku veljavnosti Sporazuma.
