Appeal against decisions made by the Chief Judge must be presented in writing and submitted with a fee of 25 EUR (or the equivalent in the currency of the country organising the competition) to the Chairman of the Jury in the Scoring Office within 20 minutes of the time that a decision is given by the Chief Judge.
Pritožbe na odločitve glavnega sodnika morajo biti vložene v pisni obliki. Priložene morajo biti kavcije v višini 25 USD (ali protivrednostjo v valuti države organizatorke), ter oddane predsedniku žirije v roku 20 minut po podani sporni odločitvi glavnega sodnika.
