Commencing four years after the date of entry into force of this Convention, and periodically thereafter at intervals to be decided by the Conference of the Parties, the Conference shall evaluate the effectiveness of this Convention.

Unless otherwise specified in its Schedule, a Member that accepts the WTO Agreement after its entry into force shall, on the date that Agreement enters into force for it, make effective all rate reductions that have already taken place together with the reductions which it would under the preceding sentence have been obligated to make effective on 1 January of the year following, and shall make effective all remaining rate reductions on the schedule specified in the previous sentence.

(2) The contract shall in addition to the stated terms include also the following 1. name, surname and permanent residence of the consumer 2. the precise time period in the year in which the right of use can be exercised and the duration of time in which the right shall be valid and any other information important for the exercising of this right of use 3. a statement that the acquisition and exercising of the right of use shall not be related to costs, obligations or burdens which are not defined by the contract 4. the date and place of the signing the contract.

States may conclude bilateral or multilateral agreements or arrangements after this Agreement has come into force in so far as such agreements or arrangements allow the prescriptions of this Agreement to be extended or enlarged and help to simplify or facilitate further the procedures for surrender of persons who are the subject of an arrest warrant, in particular by fixing time limits shorter than those fixed in Article 20, by extending the list of offences laid down in Article 3(4), by further limiting the grounds for refusal set out in Articles 4 and 5, or by lowering the threshold provided for in Article 3(1) or (4).

Accordingly, the exchange rate must be fixed by the Commission on the basis of the average pro rata temporis of the rates applicable during the month preceding the said date of entry into force.

The Commission shall issue directives establishing the procedure and timetable in accordance with which Member States shall abolish, as between themselves, any measures in existence when this Treaty enters into force which have an effect equivalent to quotas.

The exchange rate to be used shall correspond to the average pro rata temporis of the rates applicable during the calendar month preceding the date of entry into force of the 2003 Treaty of Accession and shall be fixed by the Commission during the following month.

If an application referred to in paragraph 4 or 5 is submitted after the expiry of the two-year period following the entry into force of this Regulation, rights which have not been forfeited or are not barred by limitation shall have effect from the date on which the application was submitted, except where more favourable provisions of the legislation of any Member State apply.

Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1, Member States may permit their national regulatory authority, as soon as possible after the entry into force of this Directive and periodically thereafter, to review the conditions applied in accordance with this Article, by undertaking a market analysis in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 16 of Directive 2002/21/EC (Framework Directive) to determine whether to maintain, amend or withdraw the conditions applied.

whereas provision should also be made for the quota to be staggered over the year and the term of validity of licences should be determined;

Whereas, to ensure effective management of the supply arrangements, a timetable for the submission of licence applications should be established and the period of validity of aid certificates fixed;

Accordingly, the exchange rate must be fixed by the Commission on the basis of the average pro rata temporis of the rates applicable during the month preceding the said date of entry into force.

The representing State is obliged to apply the provisions of the Common Consular Instructions with the same diligence and speed as it issues its own visas of the same category and with the same period of validity.

The exchange rate to be used shall correspond to the average pro rata temporis of the rates applicable during the calendar month preceding the date of entry into force of the 2003 Treaty of Accession and shall be fixed by the Commission during the following month.

(d) the EFTA States may continue to apply domestic legislation regulating foreign ownership and/or ownership by non-residents, existing on the date of entry into force of the EEA Agreement, subject to time limits and within the areas set out below:

Each Party within the geographical scope of EMEP shall report, through the executive secretary of the Commission, to EMEP, on a periodic basis to be determined by the steering body of EMEP and approved by the Parties at a session of the executive body, information on the levels of sulphur emissions with temporal and spatial resolution as specified by the steering body of EMEP.

If at a start of the contract for a certain period of time a procedure of calculating the lending rate is agreed between the household or non-financial corporation and the reporting agent, for example six-month Euribor plus 2 percentage points for three years, this shall not be considered to be an initial rate fixation, as the value of the interest rate may change during the three years.

The Parties agree to meet three years after the entry into force of the Agreement to discuss the arrangements applicable in Morocco to imports of certain petroleum oils and oils obtained from bituminous minerals, other than crude, of CN code 2710 00 coming under Annex 4 to the Agreement, in order to consider the possibility of speeding up the timetable for phasing out customs duties and charges having equivalent effect.

Commission Regulation (EC) No 753/2002(3) provides for a period to elapse between its entry into force and the date from which it is to apply, namely 1 January 2003, to allow the operators and authorities concerned a smooth transition from the previous rules, included in several Council and Commission Regulations on the designation and presentation of wine and the new detailed rules implementing Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999.

The quotas should also be staggered over the year and the term of validity of licences should be specified.

What time limits have been laid down in general for complying with authorizations (period of validity) and emission standards?

Although International Health Regulations require re-vaccination at intervals of 10 years in order to retain a valid certificate, some degree of immunity likely persists for more than 10 years.

The phasing out of measures referred to in paragraph 1(b) shall be carried out according to timetables to be presented to the Committee on Safeguards by the Members concerned out later than 180 days after the date of entry into force of the WTO Agreement.

Whereas, on the basis of work carried out within the Committee on Duty Free Arrangements since the entry into force of Regulation (EEC) No 918/83, it has been established that a certain number of temporary provisions foreseen in Article 136 could, under certain conditions, be transformed into definite provisions or limited in time, or be deleted;

These timetables shall provide for all measures referred to in paragraph 1 to be phased out or brought into conformity with this Agreement within a period not exceeding four years after the date of entry into force of the WTO Agreement, subject to not more than one specific measure per importing Member (5), the duration of which shall not extend beyond 31 December 1999.
