(13) having the overall responsibility for ensuring the implementation of the NATO security policies and regulations contained in C-M(2002)49 and C-M(2002)50 including all supplements and amendments thereto.

Visits by personnel will be arranged in accordance with the procedures specified in C-M (2002) 49, as amended.

NAMO shall be bound by the General Security rules set out in C- M(2002)49 and C-M(2002)50, including all supplements and amendments thereto, and by such other security rules approved or authorised by the NAC as may apply to it.

This will be based on data provided by the C.A.A.M.

(c) This Agreement shall with respect to the Parties for which it entered into force supersede the "Security Agreement by the Parties to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization" approved by the North Atlantic Council in Annex A (paragraph 1) to Appendix to Enclosure to D.C. 2/7, on 19th April, 1952, and subsequently incorporated in Enclosure "A" (paragraph 1) to C-M(55)15(Final), approved by the North Atlantic Council on 2nd March, 1955.

Should it become necessary to provide, exchange or generate classified materials and data between the Parties, procedures for the management of such classified materials and data shall be in accordance with the 'NATO Security Policy and Supporting Directives C-M(2002)49' and the Agreement in force on protection of classified information and material in the field of defence concluded between the governments of the Parties.

The NATO Office of Security shall supervise and monitor the implementation of security policies and procedures in NAMA and assist and give guidance in security matters to NAMA as set forth particularly in ` Appendix 1 to Annex to AC/35-D2003 of the 17 June 2002 'Directive on Industrial Security', which is published in support of the NATO Security Policy, C-M(2002)49 and reproduced at Annex II to the present Charter` .

5 The C.A.A.M. will organize the processing of information as in paragraph 2 above so as to ensure that inspection data are easily accessible both for purposes of consultation and updating in accordance with procedures as set out in the guide for users of the information system provided by the C.A.A.M.

10 With the consent of the Authority, the C.A.A.M. will, on behalf of that Authority, submit detention reports to the International Labour Organization in accordance with Article 4 of ILO 147.

9 With the consent of the Authority, the C.A.A.M. will, on behalf of that Authority, submit detention reports to the International Maritime Organization in accordance with Regulation I/19 of SOLAS 74, Article 11 of MARPOL 73/78, Article 21 of LOADLINES 66 and Article X of STCW 78.
