Podpirati mora delo državne revizijske institucije in uvesti primerne ukrepe v odgovor na njene ugotovitve. Pri tem je dolžan upoštevati Limsko deklaracijo smernic o revizijskih predpisih Mednarodne organizacije vrhovnih revizorskih institucij (INTOSAI Lima Declaration of Guidelines on Auditing Precepts).

Sprejeti novo zakonodajo, za preoblikovanje funkcije zunanje revizije skladno s pravili Intosai in zagotovitev neodvisnost Računskega sodišča, opustitev funkcije ex-ante nadzora Turškega računskega sodišča in razvoj sistemsko temelječih mehanizmov za revizijo poslovanja.
Adopt new legislation to reform the external audit function in accordance with Intosai rules, to ensure the independence of the Court of Accounts, to abolish the ex ante control functions of the Turkish Court of Accounts, and to develop the mechanisms of systems-based and performance audit.
