The Committee shall elect a chairperson from among its members for a period of one year.

15.4 Not later than the end of the third year from the date of entry into force of the WTO Agreement and at the end of each three-year period thereafter, the Committee shall review the operation and implementation of this Agreement, including the provisions relating to transparency, with a view to recommending an adjustment of the rights and obligations of this Agreement where necessary to ensure mutual economic advantage and balance of rights and obligations, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 12. 3.6 The Director General of the Agency shall designate a member of the staff of the Agency to act as Secretary of the Committee.

In the course of the examination of the complaint, the Committee of Independent Experts may organise a hearing with the representatives of the parties.

The Economic and Social Committee shall elect its chairman and officers from among its members for a term of two and a half years.

4.1 The Chairman shall, subject to the provisions of these Rules, control the proceedings of the Committee and maintain order during its meetings.

Representatives at the Committee of Ministers shall, while exercising their functions and during their journeys to and from the place of meeting, enjoy the following privileges and immunities:

However, if either of these Executive Committees is composed of more than one-fourth of the number of the countries members of the Assembly which elected it, then such Executive Committee shall designate from among its members the States which will be members of the Coordination Committee, in such a way that their number shall not exceed the one-fourth referred to above, it being understood that the country on the territory of which the Organization has its headquarters shall not be included in the computation of the said one-fourth.

Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the Establishment of a Joint Ministerial Committee Between the Government of the Republic of Slovenia and the Government of the State of Qatar

The Parties hereby establish a Joint Slovenian - Qatari Ministerial Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Joint Ministerial Committee”) in order to further enhance the cooperation between the two countries in various fields.

The procedure provided for in this paragraph shall be completed at the latest at the first regular meeting of the Committee following the notification of a subsidy programme, provided that at least two months have elapsed between such notification and the regular meeting of the Committee.

(2) The Managing Directors shall include one person who is a scientist and at the same time this person shall be the Chairperson of the Management Board; another shall be the Administrative Director.

Any disputes related to the interpretation or implementation of this Agreement shall be settled through consultation within the Joint Committee or between the Contracting Parties.

That conference shall in addition promote the exchange of information and best practice between national Parliaments and the European Parliament, including their special committees.

The EEA Joint Committee shall take decisions by agreement between the Community, on the one hand, and the EFTA States speaking with one voice, on the other.

The International Senior Advisory Board shall adopt its rules of procedure and shall elect its officers, including its Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson.

The Joint Committee shall identify aeronautical authorities and other competent authorities for matters covered under this Agreement and facilitate contacts between them.

An Appeal Board is created to exercise the jurisdiction in any dispute between the Agency and any person to whom these Staff Regulations may apply.

In conformity with the provisions of this Convention, the international assistance granted shall be regulated by means of an agreement between the beneficiary State Party and the Committee.

The Academic Advisory Board shall adopt its rules of procedure and shall elect its officers, including its Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson.
