Do imenovanja 50 izvršiteljev, od tega najmanj 7 s sedežem na območju Okrožnega sodišča v Celju, najmanj 5 na območju Okrožnega sodišča v Kopru, najmanj 5 na območju Okrožnega sodišča v Kranju, najmanj 12 na območju Okrožnega sodišča v Ljubljani, najmanj 8 na območju Okrožnega sodišča v Mariboru, najmanj 3 na območju Okrožnega sodišča v Murski Soboti, najmanj 2 na območju Okrožnega sodišča v Novi Gorici, najmanj 3 na območju Okrožnega sodišča v Novem mestu, najmanj 2 na območju Okrožnega sodišča v Krškem, najmanj 2 na območju Okrožnega sodišča na Ptuju in najmanj 1 na območju Okrožnega sodišča v Slovenj Gradcu opravljajo dejanja izvršbe in zavarovanja sodni izvršitelji, ki so zaposleni na sodiščih.
