Kadar je zakupna pogodba prekinjena pred iztekom minimalne zakupne dobe brez predhodne potrditve pristojnih oblasti, se najemodajalec zaveže vrniti zadevnim nacionalnim oblastem (v dobro ustreznega sklada) tisti del pomoči Skupnosti, ki ustreza preostanku zakupne dobe.
Where a leasing contract is terminated before expiry of the minimum leasing period without the prior approval of the competent authorities, the lessor shall undertake to repay to the national authorities concerned (for credit to the appropriate fund) that part of the Community aid corresponding to the remainder of the leasing period.
