Italijani, pri katerih kršitve poklicne etike obravnava razsodišče novinarske zbornice in lahko za hude primere človeka tudi dosmrtno izključi iz novinarskega poklica, Slovenci, ki o kršitvah razsojamo v okviru novinarskih častnih razsodišč, Švedi, ki poznajo tako tiskovni svet kot tiskovnega varuha človekovih pravic, Nemci, ki imajo dvostranski tiskovni svet, sestavljen samo iz novinarjev in založnikov, pa Angleži, katerih komisija za pritožbe nad tiskom (Press Complaint Commission) je nastala z dogovorom založnikov, novinarjev in javnosti.
Among them Italians, from a system where violations of professional ethics are dealt with by the tribunal of the journalistic 'order' authorized to place a life-long ban from the journalistic profession on any person who has committed a serious violation; then representatives from Slovenia, where adjudications are within the competence of the journalistic ethics commission; then Swedes, who recognize both the press council and a press ombudsman as being responsible for the protection of human rights; Germans, who have a bipartite press council composed of journalists and publishers only; Britons whose Press Complaints Commission is the product of an agreement between publishers, journalists and the public.

Ker od 1. junija 2002, ko je začel veljati dvostranski sporazum med Evropsko skupnostjo in Švicarsko konfederacijo o trgovini s kmetijskimi proizvodi, podpisan v Luksemourgu dne 21. junija 1999 in odobren s Sklepom 2002/309/ES, Euratom Sveta in Komisije, upravičenost do preferencialne stopnje dajatve ni več predmet skladnosti z minimalno vrednostjo franko meja, in ker se siri, ki jih pokrivajo te oznake, zdaj uvažajo pod oznakami KN 0406 90 13 do 0406 90 17, kot so navedene v Prilogi II(D) k Uredbi (ES) št. 2535/2001, se oznake KN 0406 90 02 do 0406 90 06 ne zahtevajo več.
Since from 1 June 2002, the date of entry into force of the bilateral agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation concerning trade in agricultural products, signed in Luxembourg on 21 June 1999 and approved by Decision 2002/309/EC, Euratom of the Council and of the Commission(5), eligibility for the preferential duty rate is no longer subject to compliance with a minimum free-at-frontier value, and since the cheeses covered by those codes are now imported under CN codes 0406 90 13 to 0406 90 17, as listed in Annex II(D) to Regulation (EC) No 2535/2001, CN codes 0406 90 02 to 0406 90 06 are no longer required.

Z odstopanjem od člena 60 in zaradi upoštevanja že začetih raziskav in del se reaktorjem, postavljenim na ozemljih države članice, ki bi lahko postali kritični pred iztekom sedemletnega obdobja od datuma začetka veljavnosti te pogodbe, v obdobju največ desetih let od tega datuma priznava prednost tako glede dobav rud ali snovi vira, ki izvirajo z ozemelj te države, kot tudi glede dobav snovi vira ali posebnih cepljivih snovi, urejenih z dvostranskim sporazumom, ki je bil sklenjen pred začetkom veljavnosti te pogodbe in o katerem je bila Komisija obveščena v skladu s členom 105.
By way of derogation from the provisions of Article 60, reactors installed in the territories of a Member State which may go critical before the expiry of a period of seven years from the date of entry into force of this Treaty shall, during a period of not more than ten years from that date, in order to take account of work and studies already initiated, be granted priority which may be exercised in respect both of supplies of ores or source materials coming from the territories of that State and also of supplies of source materials or special fissile materials which are the subject of a bilateral agreement concluded before the entry into force of this Treaty and communicated to the Commission in accordance with Article 105.

Moreover, particularly in the priority areas on which the Council has adopted specific resolutions on policy coordination, the Member States and the Commission shall carry out systematic exchanges of information and views on their policies and strategies for each recipient country and shall, wherever desirable and possible, agree on common sectoral guidelines on a country-by-country basis, by means of regular meetings between the Commission and Member State representations on the spot, bilateral contacts or meetings of Member State and Commission experts and in the context of the proceedings of the EDF Committee referred to in Article 21, which must play a central role in this process.

In order to address serious disturbances or the threat thereof in specific sensitive service sectors on their labour markets, which could arise in certain regions from the transnational provision of services, as defined in Article 1 of Directive 96/71/EC, and as long as they apply, by virtue of the transitional provisions laid down above, national measures or those resulting from bilateral agreements to the free movement of Hungarian workers, Germany and Austria may, after notifying the Commission, derogate from the first paragraph of Article 49 of the EC Treaty with a view to limit in the context of the provision of services by companies established in Hungary, the temporary movement of workers whose right to take up work in Germany and Austria is subject to national measures.
