(2) Če se po izdaji pravnomočnega gradbenega dovoljenja projekt za izvedbo tako spremeni, da pomeni to za objekt, ki se gradi oziroma rekonstruira, spremembo pogojev, določenih z gradbenim dovoljenjem in elementov, ki lahko vplivajo na zdravstvene pogoje, okolje, varnost objekta ali spremembo predpisanih bistvenih zahtev, je investitor dolžan vložiti zahtevo za spremembo gradbenega dovoljenja. V tem primeru se gradbeno dovoljenje lahko spremeni samo po enakem postopku, kot je bilo to dovoljenje izdano. Nova odločba, ki deloma nadomesti gradbeno dovoljenje, se omeji na predlagane spremembe, če zaradi predlaganih sprememb, ki vplivajo na lokacijske pogoje, ni potrebno izdati novega gradbenega dovoljenja.
If, after the issue of a final building permit, the project for execution is altered in a way that for the works being constructed or reconstructed entails a change in the conditions stipulated by the building permit and in elements that could affect health conditions, the environment or the safety of the works or a change in the prescribed essential requirements, the investor shall be obliged to lodge a request for the amendment of the building permit. In such a case the building permit may only be amended according to the same procedure by which it was issued.
