Where a Member States grants a period for the compliance with a new standard as referred to Article 1 of this Regulation or a period for the compliance of young farmers with the minimum standards referred to in Article 4, second subparagraph, of this Regulation, the farmers remains eligible for the compensatory allowances referred to in Chapter V of Regulation (EC) No 1257/1999 and/or for agri-environment or animal welfare support referred to in Chapter VI of that Regulation during this period provided the other conditions for granting these supports are met and provided that the farmer complies with the standards concerned at the end of the period.

Če se kompenzacijski zneski iz člena 55 (1) (a) zaračunajo v trgovini med Skupnostjo v prvotni sestavi in novimi državami članicami ter med novimi državami članicami samimi za uvoz primarnih proizvodov, za katere se šteje, da so bili uporabljeni v proizvodnji blaga, zajetega v Uredbi št. 170/67/EGS o skupnem trgovinskem sistemu za jajčne in mlečne albumine in Uredbi (EGS) št. 1059/69, ki določa trgovinski sistem za določeno blago, narejeno iz kmetijskih proizvodov, se ob uvozu takšnega blaga uporablja višina nadomestila, izračunana na podlagi omenjenih zneskov in v skladu s pravili, določenimi v zgoraj omenjenih uredbah za izračunavanje dajatve ali spremenljivega dela dajatve, ki se uporablja za zadevno blago.
Where the compensatory amounts referred to in Article 55 (1) (a) are levied in trade between the Community as originally constituted and the new Member States and between the new Member States themselves on imports of primary products considered as having been used in the manufacture of goods covered by Regulation No 170/67/EEC on the common system of trade for ovalbumin and lactalbumin and Regulation (EEC) No 1059/69 determining the system of trade applicable to certain goods processed from agricultural products, a compensatory amount, calculated on the basis of the said amounts and in accordance with the rules laid down by the above Regulations for calculating either the charge or the variable component applicable to the goods under consideration, shall be applied on importation of those goods.

ker Akt o pristopu Španije in Portugalske predvideva poseben sistem za usklajevanje cen sardel v novih državah članicah in državah članicah Skupnosti v sestavi pred 1. januarjem 1986 z ravnjo sredozemskih cen; ker je skupaj s tem sistemom ustanovljena, od datuma pristopa, shema kompenzacijskih nadomestil za proizvajalce sardel v Skupnosti v sestavi pred 1. januarjem 1986, za katero je treba oblikovati podrobna pravila za izvajanje najkasneje do 31. decembra 1985;
Whereas the Act of Accession of Spain and Portugal provides for a special system for the move towards alignment of sardine prices, in the new Member States and in the Member States of the Community as constituted before 1 January 1986, on the level of Mediterranean prices; whereas this system is accompanied by the establishment, as from the date of accession, of a compensatory indemnity system for sardine producers in the Community as constituted before 1 January 1986, for which detailed implementing rules require to be drawn up by 31 December 1985 at the latest;

" Mogoče je odobriti kompenzacijska nadomestila, ki presegajo navedeni največji znesek,, pod pogojem, da povprečni znesek vseh kompenzacijskih nadomestil, odobrenih na zadevni ravni programiranja, ne presega tega največjega zneska. Države članice pa lahko izračunavanje povprečnega zneska predložijo kombinacijo več regionalnih programov. Vendar se lahko zaradi objektivnih okoliščin v ustrezno utemeljenih primerih povprečni znesek zviša na največji povprečni znesek iz Priloge."
"Compensatory allowances higher than this maximum amount may be granted provided that the average amount of all compensatory allowances granted at the programming level concerned does not exceed this maximum amount. Member States may, for the purpose of calculating the average amount, present a combination of several regional programmes. However, in cases duly justified by objective circumstances, the average amount may be increased to the maximum average amount set out in the Annex."
