Prepoznavanje iz člena 4(2) Uredbe (EGS) št. 2137/92 klavnih trupov ali njihovih polovic, razvrščenih po lestvici Skupnosti za razvrščanje klavnih trupov ovc v udeleženih obratih se izvede s pomočjo označevanja kategorije ter telesne zgradbe in stopnje zamaščenosti.
The identification referred to in Article 4 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 2137/92 of carcases or half-carcases classified according to the Community scale for the classification of the carcases of ovine animals in participating establishments shall be carried out by means of a mark indicating the category and the class of conformation and fat cover.

The scale referred to in paragraph 1 above shall be used by all slaughterhouses for grading all carcases in order to enable producers to receive fair payment based on the weight and composition of the pigs they have delivered to the slaughterhouse.

Od 1. januarja 1991 so klavnice, odobrene po členu 8 Direktive 64/433/EGS, obvezane sprejeti ukrepe za zagotovitev, da se najpozneje s 1. januarjem 1992 začne razvrščanje in označevanje, v skladu z lestvico Skupnosti za razvrščanje trupov odraslih goved, ki jo uvaja Uredba (EGS) št. 1208/81, za vse trupe ali polovice živali, ki so zaklane v klavnicah, odobrenih po členu 8 Direktive 64/433/EGS, in označene z veterinarsko oznako o zdravstveni ustreznosti v skladu s členom 3 navedene direktive.
From 1 January 1991, slaughterhouses approved under Article 8 of Directive 64/433/EEC shall be obliged to take measures to ensure that by 1 January 1992 at the latest all carcases or half-carcases from animals slaughtered in slaughterhouses approved under Article 8 of Directive 64/433/EEC and bearing a health mark as provided for in Article 3 of that Directive are classified and identified in accordance with the Community scale for the classification of carcases of adult bovine animals introduced by Regulation (EEC) No 1208/81.
