Uprave tekoče ne obvešča o vsaki spremembi podatkov, vpisanih v register zrakoplovov (prvi odstavek 27. člena), 2. odkloni predložitev vseh podatkov v zvezi s plovnostjo, vzdrževanjem, spremembami ali popravili zrakoplova ter vseh podatkov in statistik o njegovem delovanju in uporabi (šesti odstavek 32. člena), 3. ne zagotovi Upravi in njenim pooblaščenim osebam prostega dostopa do vseh prostorov ter opreme lastnika oziroma uporabnika, kot tudi v zrakoplov na zemlji in med letom, oziroma ne nudi pomoči Upravi za izvršitev njenih nalog (sedmi odstavek 32. člena), 4. Uprave ne obvesti o okoliščinah, dogodkih in napakah in nepravilnostih, ki bi lahko vplivale na plovnost zrakoplova (tretji odstavek 33. člena), 5. nima ustreznih predpisanih dokumentov na krovu (prvi odstavek 42. člena) 6. ne dopusti Upravi in vsakomur, ki mora pregledati letalske dokumente zaradi zaščite svojih pravic, pregleda teh dokumentov (drugi odstavek 42. člena).
1. does not inform the Administration concurrently of all changes of data entered in the aircraft register (first paragraph of Article 27), 2. declines to submit all data in connection with airworthiness, maintenance, changes or repairs of an aircraft and all data and statistics about its functioning and use (sixth paragraph of Article 32), 3. does not provide the Administration and its authorised staff free access to all premises and equipment of the owner or user as well as aircraft on the ground and during flight, or does not provide the Administration with assistance in implementing its tasks (seventh paragraph of Article 32), 4. does not inform the Administration about circumstances, events and mistakes and irregularities which could effect the airworthiness of an aircraft (third paragraph of Article 33), 5. does not have suitable prescribed documents on board (first paragraph of Article 42), 6. does not allow the Administration and anyone who must examine aviation documents in order to protect their rights, to inspect such documents (second paragraph of Article 42).

Po zaključku preverjanja na ploščadi je vodja zrakoplova ali zastopnik letalskega operaterja obveščen o izidih preverjanja na ploščadi in se, če so bile razkrite večje napake, pošlje sporočilo operaterju zrakoplova in zadevnim pristojnim organom.
On completion of the ramp inspection, the commander of the aircraft or a representative of the aircraft operator shall be informed of the ramp inspection findings and, if significant defects have been found, the report shall be sent to the operator of the aircraft and to the competent authorities concerned.

Če pristojni organ, ki izvaja preverjanje na ploščadi, ni prepričan, da bodo ukrepi za odpravo napak izvedeni pred letom, prepove zrakoplovu izvedbo leta, dokler nevarnost ni odpravljena, ter o tem nemudoma obvesti pristojne organe zadevnega letalskega operaterja in državo registracije zrakoplova.
If the competent authority performing the ramp inspection is not satisfied that corrective action will be carried out before the flight, it shall ground the aircraft until the hazard is removed and shall immediately inform the competent authorities of the operator concerned and of the State of registration of the aircraft.
