Monitoring nad kemičnimi in drugimi dejavniki tveganj, na primer pesticidi, aditivi, toksičnimi kovinami, mikotoksini, histaminom, nitrati, PCB-ji, dioksini in furani, sulfonamidi, 3-MCPD, akrilamidom ter nad prisotnostjo gensko spremenjenih beljakovin v živilih kaže, da je onesnaženost živil s temi snovmi majhna in ne ogroža zdravja prebivalstva.
Monitoring of chemical and other risk factors, for example pesticides, additives, toxic metals, mycotoxins, histamines, nitrates, PCBs, dioxins and furans, sulphonamides, 3-MCPD, acrylamide, and presence of genetically modified proteins in foodstuffs shows that food contamination with these substances is small and does not threaten health of the population.
