Conditions for making out an invoice declaration

Invoice declarations shall bear the original signature of the exporter in manuscript.

An invoice declaration as referred to in Article 16(1)(b) may be made out:

(f) for interest earned on the SAPARD Agency account(s), the rate on the day the interest was credited to the account which must be at least monthly.

The route charges indicated on the bill issued by the Organisation shall constitute a single charge due in respect of each flight, which shall constitute a single claim by EUROCONTROL, payable at its Headquarters.

An invoice declaration may be made out by the exporter when the products to which it relates are exported, or after exportation on condition that it is presented in the importing country no longer than two years after the importation of the products to which it relates.

The Corporation shall have the right to commingle the funds in the Account with other funds and Facility assets; provided however that all such assets will be kept separate and apart from those of the Corporation.

This Agreement shall become effective on the first day of the second month following the date of signature and, subject to the provisions of this Article, shall continue in effect until all of the funds in the Account have been disbursed therefrom as provided in this Agreement.

Invoices should show the following basic information.
