Države članice se lahko odločijo, da se neupravičeno izplačani znesek odtegne od predplačil ali plačil v okviru programov pomoči iz člena 1(1) Uredbe (EGS) št. 3508/92, ki jih nosilec kmetijskega gospodarstva prejme po datumu sklepa o vračilu.
