(2) The national consumer protection programme shall in particular determine - the principles and goals of the consumer protection policy, - the tasks with priority in the implementation of the consumer protection policy, - the types of tasks in the area of consumer protection which shall be carried out on the basis of awarded concessions, - the approximate amount of funds required to carry out tasks defined in the national programme, and - the approximate amount of funds required to promote the development and operation of consumer organisations.

These amounts shall be based on the capacity to deliver the proposed level of resources effectively.

In compliance with the Act on Equal Opportunities for Women and Men, the Resolution on the National Programme for Equal Opportunities for Women and Men defines relevant objectives and measures, responsibility for the implementation of the measures, gender-disaggregated data which is to be collected, processed and analysed, the method of monitoring and reporting on the implementation of the national programme, and the indicative resources allocated for the implementation of those measures and the means of providing those resources.

These include, for example, limits on the possible number of reappointments and resources granted to the board to have access to independent information or to carry out independent expertise.

Municipalities shall regularly report information on income and expenditure in accounts, important for the determining of the volume of funds for financial balance, to the Ministry of Finance.

In democratic societies, such as the Slovene, the care for such individuals and their families shall be the responsibility of the state, which shall prepare special programmes and earmark a certain amount of public funds for this purpose.

(c) projects of common interest to several Member States which are of such a size or nature that they cannot be entirely financed by the various means available in the individual Member States.

The extent to which a public authority under a duty to perform salvage operations may avail itself of the rights and remedies provided for in this Convention shall be determined by the law of the State where such authority is situated.

b) In adopting all legislative, regulatory or administrative provisions, after the nuclear incident has occurred, concerning the nature, form and extent of the compensation, the procedure for making available the public funds required under Article 3(b)(ii) and, if necessary, the criteria for the apportionment of such funds, the Contracting Party whose courts have jurisdiction shall consult the Contracting Party in whose territory the nuclear installation of the operator liable is situated.

Specific activities for responsible ministries will be defined in annual or biannual action plans of ministries for individual budget periods, together with the amount of the funds which will be allocated to the budgets of individual ministries for these purposes.

Each of the Contracting States shall, to the extent of the funds available, encourage the award of grants to those of its nationals admitted to the Institute whose circumstances so require, and shall take, where necessary, all appropriate measures for the adaptation of provisions governing the award of grants.

(11) The European Council of 15 and 16 December 2005 invited the Commission to undertake a full, wide-ranging review covering all aspects of EU spending, including the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), and of resources, including the United Kingdom rebate, and to report in 2008/2009.

(1) Supervision of air traffic navigation services shall cover in particular the use of regulations concerning the work of such services in connection with air traffic safety and concerning the state of facilities, technical means, equipment, devices and systems necessary for the operation of air traffic navigation services and concerning the use of prescribed procedures.

The Institute may receive and hold any kind of funds, currency, cash or securities; subject to national provisions on exchange control, it may dispose of them freely in the exercise of its official activities and hold accounts in any currency to the extent required to meet its obligations.

For the purposes of this provision, the relevant sectoral rules regarding the form and extent of the inclusion of financial institutions (where asset management companies are included in the scope of consolidated supervision of credit institutions and investment firms) and of reinsurance undertakings (where asset management companies are included in the scope of supplementary supervision of insurance undertakings) shall apply mutatis mutandis to asset management companies.

In order to combat corruption effectively, each State Party shall, to the extent permitted by the basic principles of its domestic legal system and in accordance with the conditions prescribed by its domestic law, take such measures as may be necessary, within its means, to allow for the appropriate use by its competent authorities of controlled delivery and, where it deems appropriate, other special investigative techniques, such as electronic or other forms of surveillance and undercover operations, within its territory, and to allow for the admissibility in court of evidence derived therefrom.

Recognizing that their relations in the field of trade and economic endeavour should be conducted with a view to raising standards of living, ensuring full employment and a large and steadily growing volume of real income and effective demand, and expanding the production of and trade in goods and services, while allowing for the optimal use of the world's resources in accordance with the objective of sustainable development, seeking both to protect and preserve the environment and to enhance the means for doing so in a manner consistent with their respective needs and concerns at different levels of economic development,

ii) ` Nuclear installation` means reactors other than those comprised in any means of transport; factories for the manufacture or processing of nuclear substances; factories for the separation of isotopes of nuclear fuel; factories for the reprocessing of irradiated nuclear fuel; facilities for the storage of nuclear substances other than storage incidental to the carriage of such substances; and such other installations in which there are nuclear fuel or radioactive products or waste as the Steering Committee for Nuclear Energy of the Organisation (hereinafter referred to as the ` Steering Committee` ) shall from time to time determine; any Contracting Party may determine that two or more nuclear installations of one operator which are located on the same site shall, together with any other premises on that site where radioactive material is held, be treated as a single nuclear installation.

ii) ` Nuclear installation` means reactors other than those comprised in any means of transport; factories for the manufacture or processing of nuclear substances; factories for the separation of isotopes of nuclear fuel; factories for the reprocessing of irradiated nuclear fuel; facilities for the storage of nuclear substances other than storage incidental to the carriage of such substances; installations for the disposal of nuclear substances; any such reactor, factory, facility or installation that is in the course of being decommissioned; and such other installations in which there are nuclear fuel or radioactive products or waste as the Steering Committee for Nuclear Energy of the Organisation (hereinafter referred to as the ` Steering Committee` ) shall from time to time determine; any Contracting Party may determine that two or more nuclear installations of one operator which are located on the same site shall, together with any other premises on that site where nuclear fuel or radioactive products or waste are held, be treated as a single nuclear installation.

These changes are recorded in the "other changes in the volume of assets" account.

The other changes in the volume of assets are flows which make it possible to record the discovery, deterioration or depletion of natural assets as well as the consequences of exceptional events which may modify the benefit drawn from assets.

These nominal holding gains and losses and other changes in volume(33) should not be included in the measurement of output, but in the account of other changes in assets (respectively, in the revaluation account and in the other changes in the volume of assets account).

The amount requested shall be justified by the Commission on the basis of the Commission's capacity to deliver the proposed level of resources effectively.

Losses (whether recurrent, exceptional or catastrophic) of fixed assets (such as dairy cows, breeding animals, etc.) should be recorded in "other changes in the volume of assets" account.

Income can be defined as the maximum amount which the beneficiary can consume over a given period without reducing the volume of his/her assets.

The size of the resources of the EMI shall be determined by the Council of the EMI with a view to ensuring the income deemed necessary to cover the administrative expenditure incurred in the performance of the tasks and functions of the EMI.

This depreciation surplus should be recorded in the "other changes in volume of assets" account (accumulation accounts) which is not included in EAA.

In particular, the consumption of fixed capital does not include other changes in the volume of assets (other than those due to GFCF):

"Fixed asset" livestock are in fact converted into stocks by recording a flow entitled "other change in volume" (cf. 2.136) entered in the "other changes in volume of assets" account.

Disposals of fixed assets comprise the sale, demolition, scrapping or destruction of fixed assets by their owner, or their surrender in barter or as capital transfers in kind (cf. ESA 95, 3.103(b) and 3.104).

They comprise the expenditure incurred in order to take possession of the assets (installation and transport charges, etc.), fees and commissions of intermediaries (solicitors, experts, etc.) and taxes to be paid on intermediary services used in the transfer of ownership of assets.

Consideration is being given to extending this sequence of accounts to include certain items (flows) in the account "other changes in assets" in the accumulation accounts (i.e. certain headings under "other changes in the volume of assets" and the revaluation account) and the balance sheet.

The algorithms used to establish the size of the contingency provision and the allocations for research for year n+2, which will appear in the balance sheet for year n, are as follows:

The indicative programme shall also include impact indicators and sectoral policy commitments and a timetable for implementation and review of the indicative programme including commitments and disbursement of resources.

It should be stressed that losses affecting plantations which are already producing have to be recorded either as "fixed capital consumption" or as "other changes in the volume of assets", depending on the type of loss.

"freezing of funds" means preventing any move, transfer, alteration, use of, access to, or dealing with funds in any way that would result in any change in their volume, amount, location, ownership, possession, character, destination or other change that would enable the funds to be used, including portfolio management;
