Sweden was recognised as approved continental and coastal zone for fish with regard to VHS and IHN by EFTA Surveillance Authority Decision No 70/94/COL(24).

Where the offer document referred to in the first subparagraph is subject to the prior approval of the supervisory authority and has been approved, it shall be recognised, subject to any translation required, in any other Member State on the market of which the offeree company's securities are admitted to trading, without its being necessary to obtain the approval of the supervisory authorities of that Member State.

As provided in Article 13 (1) the mark may also include the distinguishing number of the approved inspection body referred to in Article 9 (1).

The managing authority shall, at the request of the Monitoring Committee or on its own initiative, adjust the programme complement, without changing the total amount of the contribution from the Funds granted to the priority concerned nor its specific targets.

The Commission, the other approved inspection bodies and the other Member States may obtain a copy of the certificate and, in response to a reasoned request, a copy of the manufacturer's technical file and the reports of the examinations and tests conducted.

It shall be performed by an approved inspection body in accordance with the provisions set out below.

The competent authority shall make a record of the approved specifications and, in particular, of each operator and organisation responsible for the labelling of the beef and the independent body responsible for the checks.

Where the declaration for release for free circulation relates to products or goods referred to in Article 610 (2) and the commercial policy measures are to be applied in the Member State where use of the procedure was authorized, the customs authorities responsible for accepting the said declaration, using the INF 1 sheet endorsed by them, shall ask the supervising office to indicate whether the commercial policy measures in force for goods entered for the inward processing procedure have in fact been applied.
