If the competent authority which granted the original type-approval establishes that no agreement can be reached, the procedure pursuant to Article 11(3) and (4) of Directive 70/156/EEC shall be initiated.'

Postopek za podelitev homologacije za tip motorja ali za družino motorjev glede na emisije onesnaževal, postopek za podelitev homologacije za tip traktorja glede na emisije onesnaževal, ter določbe za neomejeno dajanje na trg teh motorjev in traktorjev ustrezajo tistim, ki so določeni v Direktivi 74/150/EGS.
The procedure for granting type-approval for an engine type or family in respect of pollutant emissions, the procedure for granting type-approval for tractors with respect to pollutant emissions, and the conditions of the unrestricted placing on the market of such engines and tractors, are as laid down in Directive 74/150/EEC.
