Each Party accepts that any aircraft operated by or, on behalf of, an airline of one Party, may, while within the territory of the other Party, be the subject of a ramp inspection by the aeronautical authorities of the other Party, to verify the validity of the relevant aircraft documents, and those of its crew members and the apparent condition of the aircraft and its equipment, provided that such examination does not cause an unreasonable delay in operation of the aircraft.

Pregledi na kraju samem v klavnicah zajemajo poznejše preglede dokumentov, primerjavo z vpisi v računalniško podatkovno zbirko za govedo in preglede povzetkov, ki se nanašajo na potrdila o zakolu ali nadomestne informacije, poslane drugim državam članicam v skladu s členom 35(3) Uredbe (ES) št. 2342/1999.
The on-the-spot checks in slaughterhouses shall comprise a posteriori scrutiny of documents, a comparison with the entries in the computerised database for bovine animals and checks of summaries relating to the slaughter certificates or information in place thereof, which were sent to other Member States in accordance with Article Article 35(3) of Regulation (EC) No 2342/1999.
