The checks shall be undertaken both during and after the end of each financial year.

The first review shall take place no later than one year after the date of entry into force of the present Protocol.

The first such review shall commence no later than one year after the present Protocol enters into force.

The need for continued storage shall be reviewed annually and the review documented.

Subsequent reviews using the procedure described in paragraph 1 of this Article will take place at five-year intervals starting at the end of the fifth year following the date of the reviews under the present paragraph.

(1) Medical examinations of aviation and other professional personnel according to this Act shall be prior, periodic and special.

Normally, any Review Conference shall be held immediately following the regular annual session of the Conference provided for in Article II.

The review shall be undertaken on the basis of a proposal to be prepared by the Commission in 2010. This performance review shall contribute to a decision on the amount of the financial cooperation after 2013.

After entry into force of this Treaty, the distribution of active quotas shall be subject to an annual review for the following calendar year within the framework of the Open Skies Consultative Commission.

Members of temporary staff shall undergo a medical check-up every year either by the Agency's medical officer or by a medical practitioner chosen by them.

Unless otherwise agreed, the ground examination shall not exceed three eight-hour periods for each observation aircraft and its sensors.

The Committee shall review the operation and implementation of this Agreement three years after the date of entry into force of the WTO Agreement, and thereafter as the need arises.

Following the in-flight examination, the State Party conducting the certification and the States Parties taking part in the certification shall jointly analyse the data collected during the in-flight examination pursuant to Annex D, Section IV, paragraph 1 to the Treaty.

a basic security review is a security review of aircraft, staff or materials which is carried out prior to every intended flight in compliance with the act and regulations issued on its basis, and safety programmes under this Act;

The Contracting Parties agree to carry out a common review of this Agreement as necessary, and in any event no later than five years after its entry into force.

In cases where only one such intermediate survey is carried out in a single certificate validity period, and where the period of the certificate exceeds 2 1 years, it shall be held within six months before or after the halfway date of the certificate's period of validity.

During the third year following the entry into force of this Agreement, the Parties shall proceed to a formal review of their cooperation with a view to accession by Slovenia to EUMETSAT as a full Member State.

Independently audited statements of the accounts established under Article 18 shall be made available to members as soon as possible after the close of each financial year, but not later than six months after that date, and be considered for approval by the Council at its next session, as appropriate.

Upon review and any necessary prior coordination with the IOM, the Ministry of the Interior shall send the mentioned programme to the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for discussion before the end of the current year.

In order to monitor scientific developments, the present Protocol shall be examined within the Committee referred to in Article 32 of the Convention no later than five years from the entry into force of this Protocol and thereafter at such intervals as the Committee may determine.

There are no exact data on breastfeeding on dismission from maternity hospitals, although the frequency of breast-feeding shall be followed at prescribed systematic examinations of infants in the first year of life.

Regular screening of women over 50 by mammography with or without clinical examination is supposed to reduce mortality among them for about 30%.

This Convention shall be reviewed by the Contracting Parties at the latest three years after the date of application of the Modernised Customs Code and if necessary may be amended on the basis of that review in accordance with Article 8.

The Parties shall, subject to the outcome of the first review provided for under article 10, paragraph 2, and no later than one year after completion of that review, commence negotiations on further obligations to reduce emissions.

(1) After completion of construction or reconstruction of an airport, facilities, equipment or means referred to in Article 88 of this Act, a technical inspection shall be carried out and a permit for use shall be issued in compliance with regulations on the construction of facilities.

(1) The present Agreement shall remain in force for a period of five years. It may be renewed for a further period upon agreement of the Contracting Parties. A review of the present Agreement shall be completed before the end of the third academic year after entry into force. This review shall be based on an overall evaluation of the CEEPUS II programme.

(1) An investor, owner or operator of an airport, after the technical inspection referred to in Article 100 of this Act, shall request the Administration in writing for the issue of an operating permit and entry in the record of civilian airports.

Upon completion of the pre-flight inspection, the inspectors shall leave the observation aircraft and the observed Party shall have the right to use its own inventory procedures to confirm that all items of equipment have been removed from the observation aircraft.

At the latest three years after the present Convention enters into force, the European Committee on Crime Problems (CDPC) shall, in co-operation with the Parties, conduct a review of all of the Convention's provisions and, if necessary, recommend any appropriate amendments.

Upon completion of the ground and in-flight examinations, data collected by sensors and from the calibration targets shall be examined jointly by the State Party conducting the certification and the States Parties taking part in the certification.

Unless requested to do so earlier by no less than three States Parties, the Depositaries shall convene a conference of the States Parties to review the implementation of this Treaty three years after entry into force of this Treaty and at five-year intervals thereafter.

g. Flexibility. Within two years after the beginning of the Slovenian - Swiss Cooperation Programme, a review shall assess thematic priorities, redirect the initial financial allocations as agreed, and determine the priorities for the not yet allocated part of the Contribution.

The Conference of the Parties shall review the effectiveness of the mechanism established under this Article, including the criteria and guidelines referred to in paragraph 2 above, not less than two years after the entry into force of this Convention and thereafter on a regular basis.

(2) During the review, the inputting party referred to in paragraph (1) may decide on continued storage of personal data until the next review which shall take place after another period of three years if this is still necessary for the purpose of its processing.

(A) brief the observing Party on the inventory procedures that shall be followed to confirm that each item of equipment brought on board the observation aircraft by the inspectors has been removed from the observation aircraft upon conclusion of the pre-flight inspection;

The State Party conducting the certification shall provide such data on the meteorological conditions at the location of the calibration targets during the in-flight examination of the sensors as are necessary to make the calculations in accordance with the methodologies specified in Appendix 1, Section III to this Annex.

Upon completion of the pre-flight inspection, the inspectors shall leave the observation aircraft, and the observing Party shall have the right to use its own inventory procedures to confirm that all inspection equipment used during the pre-flight inspection has been removed from the observation aircraft.

By 31 March each year at the latest, the Director shall draw up the draft budget and draft establishment plan for the following financial year and shall submit them, after examination by the Financial Committee, to the Management Board together with the draft five-year financing plan.

Following entry into force of this Treaty, changes in the allocation or distribution of quotas resulting from the establishment of or an admission to or a withdrawal from a group of States Parties according to paragraph 3 of this Section shall become effective on 1 January following the first annual review within the Open Skies Consultative Commission occurring after the six-month notification period.

Basic security inspections and other security tasks referred to in the third paragraph of Article 127 of this Act shall be taken over by providers of airport services referred to in Article 158 of this Act within three months of regulations and programmes referred to in Article 125 and 129 of this Act.

Unless otherwise decided by a majority of the States Parties, ten years after the entry into force of this Treaty a Conference of the States Parties shall be held to review the operation and effectiveness of this Treaty, with a view to assuring itself that the objectives and purposes in the Preamble and the provisions of the Treaty are being realized.

.2 an oil tanker as mentioned above meeting the requirements of a new oil tanker as defined in Regulation 1(26) of Annex I to MARPOL 73/78 will be subject to expanded inspection 25 years after its date of delivery as indicated on the Supplement, Form B, to the IOPP Certificate, unless it complies with or has been reconstructed to comply with Regulation 13F of that Annex;

The Parties agree to review the provisions of this Article in the framework of the EPA Committee at the latest three years after entry into force of this Agreement, taking full account of their impact on the development and diversification of the economy of the Ivorian Party.
