Upravičenec mora za vsak projekt zabeležiti, oštevilčiti in hraniti spremno dokumentacijo (sprejete račune, prejemke, druga dokazila o plačilu ali računovodsko dokumentacijo enake dokazne vrednosti), če je mogoče, na posebno določenem mestu, praviloma pa na svojem sedežu, še pet let po datumu zaključka projekta, če bi bilo treba te podatke preveriti.
For each project, supporting documents (receipted invoices, receipts, other proof of payment or accounting documents of equivalent probative value) shall be recorded, numbered and kept by the beneficiary, where possible in one specific location and, as a general rule, at the headquarters of the beneficiary, for five years after the end date of the project, in case they need to be verified.
