On behalf of and for the account of the State the Agency exercises corporate rights in compliance with ZUKN and according to the legal form of an individual company which covers mainly the following duties:

“Member State Call Account” or “MSCA” means an account in euros to be constituted by the Bank in the name of each Guarantor, which shall be managed in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down by the Bank's governing bodies from time to time, as most recently approved on 12 June 2007. The MSCAs shall be debited with (i) Guarantee Payments, pursuant to this Agreement, (ii) debit interest to be calculated at a daily interest rate, payable on a monthly basis, to be determined and notified by the Bank in accordance with the applicable principles from time to time laid down by the Bank's governing bodies and (iii) the Recovery Administration Fee. The MSCAs shall be credited by the Guarantors with (i) amounts equivalent to expected Guarantee Payments under the Guarantee and (ii) amounts in respect of any negative balance and accrued debit interest, and credited by the Bank with (i) Recovered Amounts and (ii) credit interest to be calculated at a daily interest rate, payable on a monthly basis, to be determined and notified by the Bank in accordance with the applicable principles from time to time laid down by the Bank's governing bodies.

(9) The auditing of the accounts shall be effected by one or more of the Contracting States or by external auditors, as provided in the financial regulations.

The requested State shall respond to a request for production of the records concerning the accounts or transactions identified pursuant to this Article in accordance with the requirements of its domestic law.

(3) The amounts referred to in points 1 and 2 of the first paragraph of this Article shall be calculated for individual states in which foreign income has a source, i.e. for each state separately.

On request by the requesting State, the requested State shall provide the particulars of specified bank accounts and of banking operations which have been carried out during a specified period through one or more accounts specified in the request, including the particulars of any sending or recipient account.

The value of the elements specified in paragraph 1(b)(iv) of Article 8 which are undertaken in the country of importation shall be included only to the extent that such elements are charged to the producer.

(b) exchange information on those accounts and financial assets held by banks in third States and belonging to connected persons (as defined by the authorities which in those States regulate the banking business).

Uninterrupted data from the primary stations shall be transmitted, directly or through a national data centre, on-line to the International Data Centre.

The members of the Court of Auditors shall be chosen from among persons who belong or have belonged in their respective States to external audit bodies or who are especially qualified for this office.

Each State Party shall take such civil and administrative measures as may be necessary, in accordance with the fundamental principles of its domestic law, to preserve the integrity of accounting books, records, financial statements or other documents related to public expenditure and revenue and to prevent the falsification of such documents.

(7) The auditing of the accounts shall be effected by one or more of the countries of the Union or by external auditors, as provided in the financial regulations. They shall be designated, with their agreement, by the Assembly.

(1) At the request of the President of the European Patent Office, the Contracting States shall make advances to the Organisation, on account of their payments and contributions, within the limit of the amount fixed by the Administrative Council.

Provisions of the regulations which refer to the state budget are to be reasonably applied for the purpose of the disclosure of incomes and expenditures in the income and expenditure balance-sheet and for the purpose of disclosure of the finance account.

Every new Member State and Sector Member shall, in respect of the year of its accession or admission, pay a contribution calculated as from the first day of the month of accessionor admission, as the case may be.

Regardless of their legal status and even if they are not listed, all SOEs should report according to best practice accounting and auditing standards.

Member States shall provide that the provisions referred to in the first subparagraph shall first apply to the supervision of accounts for the financial year beginning on 1 January 2005 or during that calendar year.

3 Initial contributions shall be paid within three months following the date on which the HNS Fund issues invoices in respect of each State Party to persons liable to pay contributions in accordance with paragraph 1.

In addition to supplying information for 31 May 2001, banks are requested to comply with subsequent requests for information on SFRY Frozen Accounts from any of the undersigned successor States.

The tendency of gradual approximation to the production structure of small developed European countries is reflected in the increased share of service activities at the expense of industry and partly agriculture.

States Parties shall make every effort to provide the necessary resources, such as vehicles, computer systems and document readers, to combat the conduct set forth in article 6.

Financial transactions, to include the transfer of funds and creation of accounts, at any private or governmental bank institution are to be charged in accordance with HN laws and regulations.

c. To cover the general and administrative overhead costs not directly attributable to the training area and its facilities the Host Nation may add a surcharge of 3% of the final invoice.

(c) in the case of the LPG account, by any person who in the preceding calendar year, or such other year as the Assembly may decide, was the receiver in that State of total quantities exceeding 20,000 tonnes of LPG.

When depositing an instrument referred to in article 45, paragraph 3, and annually thereafter until this Convention enters into force for a State, that State shall submit to the Secretary-General data on the relevant quantities of contributing cargo received or, in the case of LNG, discharged in that State during the preceding calendar year in respect of the general account and each separate account.

The audit shall be based on records and, if necessary, performed on the spot in the other institutions, or on the premises of any body, office or agency which manages revenue or expenditure on behalf of the Union and in the Member States, including on the premises of any natural or legal person in receipt of payments from the budget.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the customs administration of each Member shall utilize information prepared in a manner consistent with generally accepted accounting principles in the country which is appropriate for the Article in question.

In the absence of special arrangements concluded between Member States, the monetary unit to be used in the composition of accounting rates for international telecommunication services and in the establishment of international accounts shall be:

The municipalities which have been receiving advances from funds for financial balance but were not supposed to in accordance with this Law, shall repay the surplus advances to the state budget by 25 December that year.
