Vozila za prevoz nevarnega in pokvarljivega blaga morajo biti prirejena in opremljena v skladu z mednarodnimi predpisi (zahteve sporazumov ADR ali ATP).
Vehicles carrying dangerous goods or perishable goods must be fitted out and equipped in accordance with the international regulations (requirements of ADR or ATP Agreements).

ker lahko države članice v skladu z določbami Evropskega sporazuma o mednarodnem prevozu nevarnega blaga po cesti (ADR) in Evropskega sporazuma o mednarodnem prevozu kvarljivih živil in o opremi, obvezni za take prevoze (ATP), prosto organizirajo in opravljajo kontrole in preverjanja prevoznih sredstev in dokumentov, ki se nanje nanašajo, kjer koli to želijo;
Whereas, in accordance with the provisions of the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road ('ADR') and the European Agreement on the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs and on the Special Equipment to be used for such Carriage ('ATP'), Member States are free to organize and carry out controls and verifications on means of transport and the documents relating thereto wherever they wish;

Member States may require conditioned vehicles to carry an ATP certificate or ATP certification plate provided for in the Agreement of 1 September 1970 on the international carriage of perishable foodstuffs and on the special equipment to be used for such carriage.
