Member States may also, during a transitional period of not more than four years after the entry into force of the laws, regulations or administrative provisions necessary for them to comply with this Directive and by way of derogation from Article 3(22) of this Directive, which repeals Article 14(2)(a) of Directive 66/402/EEC, continue to restrict the marketing of certified seed of oats, barley, rice, triticale, wheat or spelt to that of the first generation.
