Such agreements shall clearly identify the functions to be performed by the delegated body and the type of supporting documents and reports to be sent to the SAPARD Agency within specified time limits.

The Joint Declaration on live plants and floriculture and horticulture products, appearing in Annex III to this Exchange of Letters, shall be inserted in the Association Agreement.
