Obresti se za vsakokraten neodplačani črpani znesek računajo po obrestni meri na podlagi spremenljivega indeksa obrestnih mer pred datumom določitve obrestne mere in po fiksni obrestni meri po datumu določitve obrestne mere, kot je opisana v drugem odstavku tega Dela B.
Interest shall accrue on each Disbursed Amount outstanding from time to time at a rate based on a floating rate index prior to its Rate Fixing Date and at a fixed rate from its Rate Fixing Date, as described in paragraph 2 of this Part B.

Pri izvajanju ponovnega pregleda Odbor v primernem in potrebnem obsegu upošteva zlasti stroške, s katerimi se soočajo proizvajalci, pa tudi druge pomembne gospodarske dejavnike svetovnega trga, potrebo po ohranjanju dolgoročnega minimalnega donosa gospodarsko najbolj uspešnim proizvajalcem, potrebo po ohranjanju stabilnosti preskrbe in zagotavljanju sprejemljivih cen za potrošnike, kakor tudi vsakokraten položaj na trgu ter zaželeno izboljšanje razmerja med ravnmi najnižjih cen, določenih v odstavku 2(b) tega člena, in ravni podpor za mlečne izdelke v večjih udeleženkah proizvajalkah.
In undertaking this review the Committee shall take account in particular, to the extent relevant and necessary, of costs faced by producers, other relevant economic factors of the world market, the need to maintain a long-term minimum return to the most economic, producers, the need to maintain stability of supply and to ensure acceptable prices to consumers, and the current market situation and shall have regard to the desirability of improving the relationship between the levels of the minimum prices set out in paragraph 2 (b) of the present Article and the dairy support levels in the major producing participants.
