ker so izkušnje z uporabo Uredbe Komisije (EGS) št. 1629/69 z dne 8. avgusta 1969 o obliki, vsebini in drugih podrobnostih pritožb po členu 10, vlog po členu 12 in prijav po členu 14(1) Uredbe Sveta (EGS) št. 1017/68 z dne 19. julija 1968 [5], kakor je bila nazadnje spremenjena z Aktom o pristopu Avstrije, Finske in Švedske, ter oddelka I Uredbe Komisije (EGS) št. 4260/88 z dne 16. decembra 1988 o sporočilih, pritožbah in vlogah ter obravnavah po Uredbi Sveta (EGS) št. 4056/86 o določitvi podrobnih pravil za uporabo členov 85 in 86 Pogodbe za pomorski prevoz [6], kakor je bila nazadnje spremenjena z Aktom o pristopu Avstrije, Finske in Švedske, ter tudi oddelka I Uredbe Komisije (EGS) št. 4261/88 z dne 16. decembra 1988 o pritožbah, vlogah in obravnavah po Uredbi Sveta (EGS) št. 3975/87 o določitvi postopka za uporabo pravil o konkurenci za podjetja v sektorju zračnega prevoza [7], kakor je bila nazadnje spremenjena z Aktom o pristopu Avstrije, Finske in Švedske, pokazale potrebo po izboljšanju nekaterih postopkovnih vidikov navedenih uredb;
Whereas experience in the application of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1629/69 of 8 August 1969 on the form, content and other detail of complaints pursuant to Article 10, applications pursuant to Article 12 and notifications pursuant to Article 14(1) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 1017/68 of 19 July 1968 (5), as last amended by the Act of Accession of Austria, Finland and Sweden, and of Section I of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 4260/88 of 16 December 1988 on the communications, complaints and applications and the hearings provided for in Council Regulation (EEC) No 4056/86 laying down detailed rules for the application of Articles 85 and 86 of the Treaty to maritime transport (6), as last amended by the Act of Accession of Austria, Finland and Sweden and also of Section I of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 4261/88 of 16 December 1988 on the complaints, applications and hearings provided for in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3975/87 laying down the procedure for the application of the rules on competition to undertakings in the air transport sector (7), as last amended by the Act of Accession of Austria, Finland and Sweden, has shown the need to improve certain procedural aspects of those Regulations;
