(f) the same facilities in the matter of currency and exchange control as are accorded to the representatives of foreign Governments on temporary official missions.

In case of a technical failure, the relevant contact points of the Parties inform each other as soon as possible and agree upon a temporary alternative mean of communication, according to any other applicable legal instrument.

(1) In the territories of the Contracting Parties, common contact services may be established on a permanent or temporary basis in the vicinity of the state border, which shall be composed of official persons of the police authorities of both Contracting Parties.
