Definicija: The Committee assists the Commission in ensuring that the definition phase (comprising analytical work required for the formulation of a reference model for integrated broadband communications (IBC) to be carried out by appropriate organizations, groups and other bodies and including, where required, contract work and technology evaluation and exploration projects carried out by means of contracts, as required to clarify technology options and establish techno-economic feasibility of the reference model) is properly performed and establishing the appropriate implementation measures.
