Opomba: Der Ausdruck "ausgewiesenes Gebiet zur Trinkwassergewinnung" kommt nur in der Alpenkonvention vor. Der Begriff "Wassereinzugsgebiet" kommt in offiziellen europäischen und deutschen Texten vor und sollte daher bevorzugt verwendet werden.

Opomba: V smislu terminov "captage d'eau potable" in "prelievo di acqua potabile" se predlaga raba termina "zajetje pitne vode" namesto "nahajališče pitne vode".
Sobesedilo: Pri izkopu, predelavi in uporabi surovin je treba čim manj obremenjevati druge funkcije tal. Na območjih, ki so posebno pomembna za varstvo funkcij tal, in na območjih, ki so opredeljena kot nahajališča pitne vode, se je treba odpovedati izkopu rudnega bogastva.
