Definicija: The Commission informs, where necessary, the Committee on the outcome of regular consultations with the representatives of telecommunications organizations, users, consumers, manufacturers, service providers and trade unions. In addition, the Committee, taking account of the Community's telecommunications policy, fosters the exchange of information between the Member States and between the Member States and the Commission on the situation and the development of regulatory activities regarding the authorization of telecommunications services.
