Definicija: The Committee delivers its opinion on a draft of the measures in the framework of the principles and priorities of the Euro-Mediterranean partnership to support the efforts that Mediterranean non-member countries and territories will undertake to reform their economic and social structures and mitigate any social or environmental consequences which may result from economic development.
