Definicija: The function of the contact committee is: (a) to facilitate harmonized implementation of Council Directive 91/308/EEC of 10 June 1991 on prevention of the use of the financial system for the purpose of money laundering through regular consultation on any practical problems arising from its application and on which exchanges of view are deemed useful; (b) to facilitate consultation between the Member States on the more stringent or additional conditions and obligations which they may lay down at national level; (c) to advise the Commission, if necessary, on any supplements or amendments to be made to the above Directive or on any adjustments deemed necessary.

Definicija: The task of the committee is to examine relevant questions relating to the application of Council Directive 89/105/EEC of 21 December 1988 relating to the transparency of measures regulating the prices of medicinal products for human use and their inclusion in the scope of national health insurance systems.
